All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order has been packed and handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Delivery timelines depend on your shipping destination. Below are the standard estimated delivery windows:

United States — 5 to 10 Business Days
Canada — 7 to 12 Business Days
Europe — 7 to 15 Business Days
Rest of World — 10 to 20 Business Days

These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier capacity, remote delivery locations, or unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or public holidays in the destination country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the following factors:

We occasionally run free shipping promotions on select products or order thresholds. Any active offers will be displayed on the product page or during checkout.

International Shipping

Acne Studios ships to selected countries worldwide. For international orders, please be aware that additional charges may apply upon delivery, including:

These charges are determined and collected by your country's customs authority. They are not included in our product prices or shipping fees, and Acne Studios has no control over these costs. Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, we will send tracking details to the email address linked to your order. You can use your tracking number to monitor real-time shipment updates directly through the courier's website.

If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 5 business days, please reach out to our support team so we can investigate on your behalf.

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Acne Studios is not liable for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact our support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before the order is dispatched, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the package has been handed to the courier.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we partner with trusted and reliable courier services, occasional delays can happen due to factors outside our control. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3–5 business days before reaching out.

If your order still has not been delivered after that period, contact our customer support team with your order number and tracking details. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to locate your package and work toward a resolution.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us process your claim quickly, include the following in your message:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the damaged packaging (outer box or envelope)
Clear photographs of the damaged product
A brief description of the issue
